I plan, design and facilitate online and face to face management and leadership training programmes and executive coaching sessions and use Gallup Strengths Finder insights, NLP and other creative coaching techniques, to help you to unlock your potential and get the results you want.
121 strengths-based coaching priced per hour (coaching programmes can be agreed up front for individuals or groups of individuals).
Team development workshops and coaching sessions priced per project.
The Process
Curious
First time working together? We'll have a chat about your goals and I'll ask questions so we can agree how best to work together, with a coaching agreement that we can both sign up to. The number of sessions and cost will be set out up front so you can be clear about the commitment required.
Collaborative
We will meet either face to face or online as agreed. In each session we will work together on your goals using tools such as CliftonStrengths. All will be 100% confidential - only you and I will know what was discussed and agreed.
Results focussed
I will work hard for you and strive to ask insightful questions to empower you to take action. Progress will be reviewed during the agreed session programme and once completed we will discuss & agree the next steps for you to continue your transformational journey, using the knowledge and skills you have gained.
