I'm Philip Davies, an experienced business professional with over 20 years of expertise in strategic facilitation, talent management, organisational development, change management, coaching and management and leadership development. I've worked with large organisations such as EDF Energy, Southern Water, Harrods, Anchor Trust, and HCA Healthcare and am an expert training designer and trainer.

Throughout my career, I've collaborated with individual contributors, frontline managers, functional leaders and executives including the C Suite and CEO’s.

As an Executive Coach, I use 'Clifton Strength Finder' to help leaders, teams, and individuals recognise and harness their unique strengths. I specialise in shedding light on blind spots and empowering people to invest in their talents daily.

Additionally, I employ a variety of coaching techniques to unlock the full potential of every client.

My Story

I am creative minded, having initially trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music, before finding my calling as a people developer and strategic facilitator, completing my professional development with the CIPD. I have continued my professional development with practitioner certificates in executive coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Clifton Strengths Finder & Myers Briggs I & II. I have broad business experience having gained an MBA at distinction level and running my own business since April 2022.
